    Robotised Lemon Ice Cream Manufacturing For Consistent Production

    A specific manufacturing process is done in order to give the best quality ice cream to every ice cream lover. Everything has been done thoroughly to avoid any mistakes or low-quality products produced. Every worker also will undergo strict rules and guidelines such as wearing specific clothes, and gloves, tying their hair and many more. This is done to avoid ice cream supplies from coming into close contact with human sweat, dust particles or pests. When it comes to cleanliness, not only the staff, but the product itself should also undergo a strict process to avoid stomachache upon eating the ice cream.

    Step 1
    Receiving Of Materials

    Our manufacturer will receive every raw ingredient. The ingredients then are checked and picked. Rotten or bad materials are thrown. Checking all the quality is important as this is the first step to prevent any damage in the future.

    Step 2

    Then, all these ingredients are filtered by weighing everything. This process is to make sure no excessive quantity is added as this will lead to malfunctioning product quality.

    Step 3

    After that, all the raw ingredients are mixed according to company production steps. Other ingredients like brown rice milk, evaporated cane sugar juice and additional ingredients are mixed. We use high-technology machines to help mix all the products.

    Step 4

    After mixing the ingredient, blend everything together to create a soft texture for the ice cream. To increase speed for processing the ingredients, machine technology is used.

    Step 5

    Every microorganism should be killed thus pasteurization is done. This process helps to kill all unwanted microorganisms. 

    Step 6

    Homogenization is to helps to make sure every particle is broken down to obtain safe ice cream products.

    Step 7

    This process is done in two hours or less using 21 degrees Celsius temperature. The cooling process is done to brings the ice cream to a room temperature.

    Step 8
    Blast Freezing

    Really cold air is used to blast-freezing the ice cream as quickly as possible. Blast freezing is the best method to quicken the product production time as this can be done in a large amount in just a short time.

    Step 9

    An automated filler is used to quicken the filling process. Tubs, pint-size container and 2.5oz cups will be used.

    Step 10

    Putting a tight seal is a must to make sure the lemon ice cream is safe without damage.

    Metal Detector

    Metal detector is used to scan every single ice cream in making sure no other materials than the lemon ice cream is inside the cups.

    A low-temperature freezer is used as this is the main and ideal way to store ice cream.

    After receiving orders from clients, we then proceed to ship the product. Packaging and everything will be handled by our team as our client can sit back and relax.

    Clients are welcome to order at least one (1) x 20 feet container (height: 2.59m), (width: 2.9m) and (length: 2.44m). It can fit around 25,000kg (about 55,115.5 lb) in one container. However, customers can still negotiate with our supplier to order at least one (1) x pallet (following USA standard pallet sizes which are 101.6cm (about 3.33 feet) x 121.9cm (about 4 feet) and 106.7cm (about 3.5 feet) x 106.7cm) as a trial selling point and LCL (Less than Container-Load). This is done to avoid any zero profit gained from the supplier because of the small quantity purchased by the customers.

    Obviously, brown rice milk will be the best option as the base for vegan ice cream. Normal ice cream usually uses dairy or milk as the base which is not healthy and vegan.
